Recruiting - Getting Back to the Basics?

Being part a company or building your company you must have some sort of recruiting process. How do you go about bringing people into your organization? Another thing is once you have people recruited, how do you keep them involved? That will be a different article all together.

I would like to share with you some recruiting tips that can help you get the right people into your mlm business. Of course recruiting is a tough process where it can leave you questioning your abilities. In the same token if you go beyond that part of sometimes questioning your ability you can become great with practice and patience. But just to let you know even the best recruiters get their share of no’s, sometimes more because they are doing more.

Getting People to Even Look at You

So how do you get to recruit people into your team and opportunity? That is one of the toughest questions to answer. You could find a lot of different strategies out there if you go look for them and many of those strategies are right on the money and will work if you apply them.

One of the main strategies that are in agreement by many is the importance of self development. Self development can be the most important thing in how you will be able to recruit people into your company. You see people don’t necessarily join companies or opportunities, people join people.

Developing yourself and very importantly your beliefs in what you are doing is an extremely powerful combination. Now taking the time to develop your belief will give you the confidence when speaking with your prospects and the confidence to determine how you can help them.

It’s not so much that you want them to join your opportunity but how your opportunity or products is is going to help them. If you’re into health products and your prospect is not in need of health products or could care less then it will not do you any good to try to get them into your organization. It in the end they just won’t do anything with it.

They Might Just Not Be Into You

That leads us into targeting your prospects. So how do you go about targeting your prospects? For one, you want to talk to as many people as you can or connect somehow with them. Secondly, if you determined that they have a need for your services then you want to expose them to what you’re doing and how you can help them. Remember you want to let them know about it, not necessarily sell them. Trying to sell right away doesn’t go well with many people.

If they have an interest in what you are involved in, then naturally they would like more information. At this point, you can guide them into more information and eventually to a call of action. The call of action will determine if they are ready to join you or if they are just curious.

What If They Are Just Not Ready to Marry You?

If they are just curious but are not ready to join or may still be skeptical you don’t necessarily want to write them off. They may not be ready or they just want to digest the information you provided. If the information provided was compelling enough for them, eventually they will buy into or recruit themselves into your opportunity or product. This also works the opposite way as well. So it is very important that the information provided is of value and it resonates with your prospect.

So wrapping it up, recruiting is very different for everyone. If you like someone’s style then try to do some of the things they are doing until you develop your style. Also learn from the people who are extremely successful at it.

Continue to practice what you are learning and it will all fall into place. If someone is not interested in your opportunity it’s okay. Continue to network with them and provide value to them. They may know someone that would be the right fit for your opportunity. You just never know, you may recruit their friend.

Recruiting, talking, networking is all part of the process of building your team and organization. Keeping positive in your daily practice will develop your belief and give you the confidence to be great. People will be attracted to you and recruiting will be a lot easier to do.

If you have been searching the internet for a marketing system that will help you do some marketing online I’m sure you may have come across My Lead System Pro. If not then I want to share with you my review on MLSP.


There are many people looking for the magic solution to their online or network marketing problems. You know the secret ingredient or recipe that has created a lot of success for many online network marketers. The only problem with that is that it doesn’t exist and a lot of people will have to come to terms with that.

Even thought MLSP is an awesome system that will help you achieve great success and train you along the way, it is not the ultimate solution! The part of the system that makes it all work is you!

How Can MLSP Benefit You?

One of the ways MLSP can benefit you is to help you generate leads. Now before I get into talking about leads I just want to clear something up. MLSP is a system that will teach you mainly how to brand yourself as an industry leader and it uses attraction marketing techniques to do this.

With that said, producing or generating leads becomes an easier task. So why generate your own leads? For one you need leads to build your business. You need to target people that are looking to go into your business to create a better lifestyle for themselves and their family.

Another reason is that if you are able to produce high quality targeted leads using 12 different lead generating systems on auto pilot, why wouldn’t you? I remembered when I first did some online marketing; we had to buy our so call “hot” leads at about $110 a pop. Now that was crazy but I did it because my upline said that was the way to build your business. He also said that these were leads ready to join my opportunity.

Not knowing any better I ended spending over $7000 on leads and only signed up 2 supervisors that in the long run didn’t do anything because they would have had to do what I did. So to make a long story short I spent a lot of money on a system that was not duplicable and very expensive.



Now if I had MLSP at that time I would have definitely saved a lot of money, generated a lot of leads, and would have provided my downline with a system that is duplicable. Anybody can use it and it is very inexpensive considering the amount of value that it provides.

I have been mentioning all the great things about MLSP but there is sort of a downside to all this. It also depends on how you look at it. It can be a downside for some but for others it can also be an opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and learn something new.

MLSP is somewhat of a plug and play system but you still need to set it up, meaning that you will have to get into the system and start putting in your domain names and set up your capture pages and so on.

Now the great thing is that you don’t have to build your capture page but just put the different elements the way you would want your prospects to see them. I am being very general here; you would have to go into the system to get a feel of how it works.

So you have two options, you can continue searching for the magic solution or you can roll up your sleeves, get to work, develop yourself, and build your business by generate your own leads for pennies on the dollar or even for free.

Another thing that I didn’t mentioned even if your leads do not join your primary opportunity you can still generate income due to the funded proposal that MLSP provides. As your leads join MLSP you will earn income. As your leads are offered and buy other marketing training tools that you are affiliated with you will earn income. Also as your leads get on your list, they are your leads not MLSP leads. As they say the money is in the list. So you will definitely be in a win/win situation.

I guess as far as the downside to it all, there isn’t much unless you don’t want to learn how to use a system that will benefit you and your organization. Now you might have to learn a thing or two about the internet but that is also covered in the system.

Mindset | Do You Exercise Your Positive Thinking Daily?

When I was a younger I remembered being in great shape without having to exercise much or watch my diet. I was in pretty good shape.

I also remember how life was not as complicated and the stress level was almost non existent.

Fast forward a few years and I now find myself having to exercise regularly, watch my diet, and work on putting some of the stress in “check” before it gets out of hand.


It is accurate to say as time goes by, the environment, the information, and the habits we are exposed to, especially if they are negative, can really affect you in many ways.

So to counter some of the negative influences we need to take action.

If we are not eating healthy and gaining weight then we need to start an exercise program and work on having a better diet.

If we are constantly exposed to stress from work, people dumping their problems on us, having bad habits and listening to horrible news in the media then we have to inject positive influences back in and get rid of the negativity.

Start Exercising Your Positive Thinking

To maintain a positive mindset we need to work on exercising positive thinking to prevent the negative influences from overtaking our thoughts.

We also need to take control of our negative inner thoughts which tends to surface from time to time.

But is it enough to just read some motivational book and listen to some motivational CD’s? Maybe, maybe not, but it is a start.

But to really create an impact on your mindset and create some powerful positive thinking you will have to dig deeper.

A Little less than a year ago I read Secrets of the Millionaire Mind book by T. Harv Eker. The book spoke about mastering your inner game.  The  beliefs we have, whether bad or good, is a direct result of our past experiences as children and of the information that have been ingrained in us.

I really did not get it when I finished reading the book. I just thought it was a good read and it was very motivational.

This is My Moment of A-Ha!

This is what I finally came to understand; it doesn’t matter how much positive material I read or how I try to keep a positive mindset if I do not actually address my subconscious beliefs.

So I am going to rewind and explain how I came to finally understand what Mr. Eker wrote in his book about the subconscious mind and having affirmations.

By the way this is also covered in Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich Book.

Here is how it all came together for me. I recently joined the Rich Dad education workshop and I was working on the reference materials.

In the materials there is a section that talks about the power your subconscious mind and how it works either for you or against you. Now during this study there are a series of questions to answer.

The questions are based on your childhood experiences and the lessons you learned from your parents, peer, or whoever else had a great influence on you.

The questioned are focused on what was ingrained into your subconscious mind during that early part of your life.

I was pretty amazed when I began to answer some of the questions with true honesty and really went deep into my memory to answer those questions.

The moral of my story is when there is a blueprint for you to follow from someone who has been through it, FOLLOW IT!

It took me to read three books in order to finally understand what the first book was telling me.

I did however get great value from all of them. More is always better when it come to great value.

Creating a Leveled Playing Field

It was not only a positive mindset that I needed to have but more like a mind shift. It is not enough just to read motivational materials and work on being positive.

If you truly want to have an unstoppable mindset, become nine feet tall, and bullet proof you will have to go deeper.

You have to go into your subconscious mind and start getting rid of those ingrained beliefs that are holding you back.

If you do not address those beliefs then you are fighting a losing battle because your subconscious will always win.

Once you get rid of the beliefs that are holding you back you then would have created a leveled playing field.

Now that you have created a leveled playing field the process of getting positive information ingrained into your mind becomes more effective.

Keep the Positive Information Fresh Every Day

Considering all the negative information we face each day, we need to flush some of that stuff out and of course keep the positive stuff in.

So how do you get rid of the negative noise in your head? One of the best things to do is to continuously add positive information.

Read all the books you can find, listen to all the motivation available, and get around motivated people with a positive mindset.

Let some of that energy rub off on you. Then go out and motivated others. Not only will you help someone else you will help strengthen your own beliefs.

Just like an athlete that works his butt off to get ready for the big game we must work our butt off to have a powerful mindset that will shake off any negative influences.

How Do You Back Up Your Beliefs?

Having created that level playing field, now you can continuously inject your mind with countless of positive information and affirmations connected with emotions.

Attaching emotions along with your affirmations you will create rock solid beliefs. Once you have those impenetrable beliefs you can set a course in your life to accomplish your goals.

I know my explanation of this process is very general but there are in depth studies in this phenomenon that you could research to get a better understanding of how it works.

Now as an mlm entrepreneur looking to build an empire having an unstoppable mindset is powerful. But it is a process that you must work on each and every day.

It is not something you do one month or two and then feel you have acquired the necessary mindset to last you a life time.

As we continue to get hit with different experiences in our life time we must continue to adjust and fine tune ourselves.

Get the Necessary Blueprint to Expedite Your Success

Look for the blueprints that have been created by those who went before you and achieved the mindset you are looking for.

Keep adding rock solid training and education to expand your beliefs and mindset. Keep exercising your positive thinking with training webinars’ or seminars.

Get together with a mastermind team to develop creativity in your thought process.

Get you hands on powerful training materials from those who have fine tuned it and have been gracious enough to put a blueprint in place for us to follow.

For example, leaders like Mike Dillard who has created an empire and is sharing his methods and strategies on how he did it. All we have to do is have the mindset to follow the blueprint.

There are many other leaders out there that have created empire all because of the mindset they have developed in their area of expertise.

It is possible for all us to achieve a level of success if we devote our time to nourish and developed our mindset.

3. Enjoyment. I know you may think what the heck does this have to do with starting a home base business I’m here to make money. But I believe you have to enjoy what you’re doing or better yet love what you’re doing because once that is the case you will never work another day in your life.

4. Passionate. This one is huge in my opinion and this is why. Your passion for what you are doing is ultimately what is going to bring you the success in whatever you do in your life. It is that driving force that will keep you working diligently on building your home base business and bringing others aboard your opportunity. Your passion will attract people to you.

5. Compensation. This may be number one for many people. In simple terms, how much are you getting paid? You definitely want to make money in the business you’re in. That is why you got into it in the first place. But I also feel even though the compensation is outstanding if you don’t have the other steps in the equation it may not become as profitable as you may have hoped for.

There you have it, five quick and easy tips to consider when starting a home base business. If you are considering starting your own business, asked yourself these questions and really give yourself an honest answer. You will not regret it.

You Can Get the Most Out of Your Time!

Time is something that we all share in equal amounts. Everyone on this planet is given twenty four hours in a day and seven days in a week.

There are some people out there with a tremendous work load and for some magical reason are able to get it done. While some people can’t seem to accomplish maybe two or three things in a day and complain they don’t have enough time.

Now if you fall under this category of not being able to find the time to get things done then you may want to put some of these ideas into play to help you utilize your time more effectively.

It really is no secret but it is a discipline with a few tools that need to be added in order to get the work accomplished.

1. Set up a schedule. I don’t mean just writing a few things down and hope to get around to it once you stop being distracted. It’s putting thing down that can be realistically accomplished in that given amount of time.

For example, gathering data to write an article. If you set up a time for this then at that time you actually perform that task. Don’t go start checking emails, walking the dog, or whatever else you can think off.

But be realistic with this. You don’t have to schedule every little thing you’re going to do like some kind of robot. It just won’t happen that way.

Schedule the most important things you need to do like the money making activities for your mlm business.

2. Leverage your time. If you can automate some of the tasks, like automatically submitting articles to websites, then by all means do that. That will save you a huge amount of time. Leveraging as you all know is huge in getting things done in a massive way.

Outsource some of your task to other people to get more things done. Like have someone mow your lawn or wash your car or even write articles for you. You can get creative with this.

3. Evaluate your progress. After a while check on what is working and what is not. Make an adjustment when necessary. This is very important because as you are going through each week you will actually find ways to be more productive and less overwhelmed.

If you start working on these steps day by day you will find yourself getting a lot more done each and every week. Oh and don’t forget rinse and repeat!

What is Keeping You Back From Achieving Your Success?

I wanted to talk about this topic because I was just on a call this morning that really made me think about a few things. It was almost like an eye opener. Wait….it was an eye opener.

Hopefully as you read this you will start to discover or realize what may be holding you back from achieving your success.

After listening to the call I started to think about what was discussed during the call. So I started to look at what are the things that could be holding me back. Now these things are going to be different for everyone because we all have different ways of processing our unique experiences.

The things I am referring to is the subconscious thoughts we have about ourselves or about experiences we have gone through. So to really discover what is truly holding us back or keeping us from the results we are looking for we really have to dig deep and perhaps ask ourselves some really difficult questions.

People are always concerned about mlm business scams. The truth is that they should be. There is always some sort of scam going on in the world today.

But why does it seem to be synonymous with mlm? Some people hear the words multi level marketing and they already are associating it with a scam or a pyramid scheme.

Did you know there is a scam going on in every business model you could think of? One way or another you are being taken for a ride so to speak. Whether you are being cheated out of time with your family because of work or not getting that well deserved raise you were hoping for.

The Number One Reason Why Most Network Marketers Fail!

With such a powerful business model like network marketing why do so many people fail after the first few months of getting involve in network marketing?

Thousands of people get into the mlm business everyday looking for a better life, a better future for their family, the ability to run their own business, and the pride of having a team.

Why Would You Ever Join a Tribe?

Have you ever asked yourself that questioned? What have you come up with for an answer?

If you have not come up with anything let me give you a few great reasons as to why you may consider becoming part of a tribe.

1.Syndication of your valuable content. It is very tough to syndicate all your own content. With the help of a tribe you are leveraging other people to help you out. Now think about it, the more you are helping to share other tribe members content; they are doing the same for you. As you leave great comments on their blog you are also creating track backs to your blog therefore driving more traffic to your website as well.

2.Support from tribe members. Being part of a tribe group you are able to receive tons of support if you are having difficulties in any area within your mlm business. Some may have had that problem and figured out a way to solve it. I like to believe the more support and encouragement you can get in what you’re doing the better you will become and the better you will be able to help others.

SnackHealthy; a New Approach to Snacking

Snacking is so much fun as it is tasty. Tell me who doesn’t love to snack? It is a common thing we do before meal, after meals, and through out the day until bedtime for some.

It doesn’t even matter which category you put yourself in. You could be into a healthy kick or just eat whatever you want; snacking is a huge part of life and your diet.

I want to clear something up on the word “diet” since I mentioned it. Diet should not always be referred to prohibiting yourself from eating want you want.

Diet is simply a plan of the selected meals you prefer to eat. Or simply put, whatever you are currently eating is your diet. It’s what you eat. So don’t be afraid of that word and think you have to give something up.

Now depending on the results you are looking for you may have to adjust certain items within your diet to reach those goals. So you need to keep that in mind as well.

Anyway that was my two cents on that; now getting back to the snacking deal.

Here are some solutions that may help you if you are habitually finding yourself distracted from your business doing chores, watching TV, chatting with friends and so on.

Now don’t get me wrong, I feel we all tend to do theses activities. I know I do, but we have to find a limit to those activities and focus on the time we set aside for our business.

So here are 5 strategies that you can implement in your daily routine to help making adjustments to your method of operations to avoid some of the distractions:

Is the Distraction “Gremlin” Jeopardizing Your Business?

For all the 80’s fans I’m sure you remembered the gremlins, the chaos and havoc they caused if they were not kept in checked.

You remembered what happens when the rules were not followed. Things got really out of hand.

Well I want to mention the gremlin in your daily routine that can deter you from getting things done.

A few people might say hey you work from home; you got time to get things done. You should be rocking out tons of content; you have all the time to do it and so on.

This may be true to a certain extent but you could end up with no time at all if you allow for distractions aka gremlins interfere with your routine.

Here are some of the pit falls to be aware of when working at home.

Do You Have the Missing Piece of the Puzzle?

This may be one of those things you ask yourself when you look in the mirror. Or perhaps a better question may be do you have what it takes?


You start looking in your memory rolodex and go down the list of qualities and skills that you have and have been able to acquire. You also start checking you websites, blog sites, company site, and auto responder and so on.

Everything is checking out just fine. You have the passion, the desire, and the motivation and confidence to move yourself in the lime light of the mlm business world.

But things are not happening for you yet. You have these systems and skills in place but you’re not as lucky to build your business immediately as the next guy. You double check everything but it all seems good.

Weeks go by but you are not seeing the results flying in. You’re getting a little anxious and perhaps starting to get some doubt that this may not be for you. You want that instant success you keep hearing about.

At this point you may start thinking of turning in and giving up. You may be even deciding to let you dreams of running a home base business fade away.

One thing that you may have not added to your plan of action in your journey to mlm success is causing this to happen. It is one small element but it can create a world of difference if not added.

When is Best Time to Create Great Content?

There is a lot of information on creating content. You know the really good stuff that gets shared almost instantaneously, loaded with tons of good value and information that people relate to and put into good use.

When is the best time to get this content together? Do you force getting the information or do you wait till those creative inspirational moment hit?

I really don’t know. I guess the best answer would be what ever is working for you. For some it may be the first thing in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee when those great ideas pop in their heads. For others it could be after reading a good book or getting inspired by an awesome blog post.

The deal is that anytime is a good time to get some fantastic content out there. It all depends on what works. There are days you could have a complete blank, an empty canvas and no paint to paint pictures with. It happens.

Here are some ideas that can help when you are face with that type of day. How do I come up with content you may ask yourself? Are you almost stressing yourself out to get going but you still pulling a blank?

I am here to tell you don’t beat yourself up first of all because that will only hinder your progress. What I like to do when thinking of getting content together is to reflect on what I’ve learn. If it is something of value and I could put it in writing and convey a great message on how to implement it then I would work on that. You could also talk about what inspires you. I love to read inspirational content. It gets me focused.

Another thing you could do is read. It’s like killing to birds with one stone with just reading. One you are educating yourself and secondly you are gathering information for your content that you’re thinking of putting out. Think about it we are in a business that we need to read, educate, and share content to improve ourselves, build our business and help others build theirs business as well.

It’s the whole concept of networking. Regardless of the mlm your in, you are going to have to filter content to your down line, prospects, and peers. Now during the process of gathering content and putting out content your own great ideas are developed, implemented and perhaps you could have a phenomenal organization created like MLSP.

Here you have a group of guys that got together and put all their knowledge, content and skills together and developed one of the most outstanding marketing platforms ever thought of.

So when is the best time to create content? I would definitely have to say right now! You just can’t sit around and wait for it and hope osmosis kicks in. You have to go out there and get it. The funny thing is that you already have it; you just have to figure out how to share it.

I just want to ask, when do you find yourself creating awesome content?

Is it in the morning after a cup of coffee or after a nice jog or some exercise?

In the evening after everything is quiet and settled down?

Do You Practice What You Preach?

There is a lot of talk and advice given out there. Sometimes it could be down right over whelming. Do this and do that, make sure you didn’t forget that step and this step.

No really, how much of all this mumbo jumbo do you really need to do? You may need it all! To tell you the truth you have to do what works for you. Now you may get a little uncomfortable doing some of things but that is okay it’s what helps us grow.

You need to have those bumps on the roads to learn from and develop your skills. Like Adam Chandler mentions in some of his blogs, you have to double your rate of failure if you want to double your rate of success. I know it’s something like that.

So this brings me to my topic of practicing what you preach. Now I know we like to put out information for people to do or follow and learn from. But are you really practicing what you preach?

I want to take you on a real life journey with me. It was a moment of clarity I would say.

My son really enjoys basketball. He want’s to be the next star, the next Bryant, or the next Jordan; you know what I’m talking about, some of the greats. I can’t and won’t name them all; I’ll be here all night.

We also talked about getting his school work done and getting good grades and so on. So to make a long story short he started to tell me that he wanted to skip a grade in school and that he wanted to be a professional basketball player in the future.

As any great father, I started to give him advice. You know, telling him he could be whatever he wants with his life but it takes hard work and dedication. You have to constantly put in the work, the practice, and the sacrifice to get what you want.

A couple of days go by and I was working on my to-do list. I was going to do a task and I thought to myself, well self this could wait till later. I wanted to slack off.

Right there and then I had that moment of what the heck! But I did not use those nice words.


I was very disappoint with myself because there I was a few days ago telling my son that he had to practice, work hard, and stay focused if he wanted to achieve his goals and I’m slacking off.

Talk about a reality check. So guess what I did. I got to work and completed my list and accomplished what I needed to for that day. It is easy to do our list and it is also easy not to. It is easy to preach but it is also easy not to practice.

My point to this story is check your actions and be careful what you let your thoughts lead you to believe. If you want success in your mlm business you have to put in the time and not give into letting things slide or slacking off.

If you catch yourself doing that think about the last advice you gave someone in moving their business forward or if you have kids, like I do, think about the advice you give them because it can be the same advice that will work for you.

Herbalife..... all about selling products and making a profit...true or false?

Well of course they are! But isn’t anyone else? We are here to make a profit and earn a living. If you are working an mlm business and are doing it for charity then you must be a millionaire and bored.

But money is not the main focus for herbalife nor should it be in your mlm business. The profit is what I want to consider to be the by product of what the true purpose is. The purpose it to help people to create or have a better life and that should always be the reason for doing things. Now this can be done through nutritional products, service products, relationships and so on.

Here are some facts on herbalife and what they are providing for many individuals. Now if you want to see some of their financial stats you could look them up on the NYSE:HLF.

I want to point out some great things this company is doing. They are currently providing great nutrition to 74 countries. They are providing grants to improve nutrition for kids in Mexico in two charitable organizations. They sponsor various sports team and help athletes in nutritional programs.

They also recently welcomed Dr. Shao who was the senior scientist at GNC to work with them on their product line. They have recently broke ground in China and built a facility to use botanical extracts and pure ingredients for their product line. They also have a facility in Los Angeles CA. Where they are constantly looking for ways to improve their product line and the list goes on and on.

Yes they do make great profits by providing great natural products for everyone, but they also provide many people in all parts of the world with a better quality of life and a better health at the same time. It’s a win-win situation.

There are a lot of great companies out there to choose from if you are looking for nutritional products to improve your health or if you are looking to build an mlm business. Just make sure you do your homework and look at the facts and history behind the company when making your decision instead of just looking at opinions and commentaries.

Why should you get involved in a 100 day business challenge?

There are a lot of reasons to get on a challenge to help you move your network marketing business forward.

I will cover a few of them with you and I am sure you will come up with some other reasons as well.

One of the reasons I got involved is to change things up a bit. If you have been doing the same routine for a while it could tend to get old really quick. So changing things up can add that spark into your business. Regardless of what you are doing, we sometimes get burnt out doing it. Adding a new element can bring things back to life and give you a breath of fresh air so to speak.

Another thing is having the accountability factor. I know we all hold ourselves accountable. But at the same time times there are days that you may let things slide or tell yourself it could wait till later.

Getting involved in a challenge takes that part of excuses out of the equation. I feel if you know someone else is holding you accountable and you are holding them accountable that production factor is going to be raised. You don’t want to let yourself down or let the people that are involved with this down as well.

It’s fun to participate in a challenge. You really get to see your potential when you are being challenge. A person is only as great as the challenged he/she faces. If you are not challenging yourself, how great can you really become? You always need to push yourself to the next level. Sometimes we may not know how to do that. By doing a challenge you can automatically be pushing yourself to the next level and have fun while you’re doing it.

Helping other people is huge in doing a challenge because you are developing yourself and as you are developing yourself you are able to help more people around you. When you grow as a person you will help other people around you grow. There is a common saying out there if you want to be successful you need to be around successful people. And what do you think those successful people were doing? They were growing by being around other successful people.

These are my reasons as to why you should be on a 100 day business challenge or any challenge that can help you grow your skills and mlm business. I hope when an opportunity presents itself to you; you will be the first to accept it.

How to Build a Fast Following of 1000+ People on Twitter in a Week

Here is a quick and easy way to add followers on twitter immediately after you set up your account. You could have up to 200 followers in just one day.

The first thing you want to do is find the niche that you are targeting with your content or a niche that interest you. So if you are into home base business, mlm, or networking then those are the ones you will be looking for. Once you do that you will have a list of people that are in that niche.

So looking at that list you want to find people that have a pretty large following in that particular niche that you are interested in.

Once you found someone that has a pretty decent amount of followers and that you are interested in connecting with you could start following. After that you can click on their followers and start following them as well.

The reason behind this is if they are following the person in that niche more than likely they are in the same niche. This is huge when you want to get people to look at your content and value.

Another quick tip on getting people to see your profile and content is to follow a list. Now what you want to look at on the list is the amount of followers. If this list has a good amount of followers then you want to follow that list. This will give you an extra 200 to 500 viewers on the content you are putting out there.

I’m just putting that number out there as an example. You can surf around and find a larger amount of followers to a list. The thing is that you want to make sure it is in the niche you are in.

Give this a try if you are looking to build your twitter followers and increase you views on your content that you work hard on producing. If you have a blog, this is a great way to drive traffic to your blog, build those prospects and build relationships.

We exercise, drink plenty of water, consume protein shakes, take our vitamins and mineral supplements but we still sometimes gain weight or remain at the same weight.

So what’s the deal? What is preventing us not to lose any weight at all and to make things worse; gain weight?

How do you get around losing those extra 10 lbs that are kicking your butt and has you scratching your head frustrated on what to do next?

The answer is a lot simpler than you think. You see your mind and your body are two separate things all together.

You’re probably thinking where the heck you are going with this so let me explain. You simply can not tell your body; if I stop eating then I will loose weight. It doesn’t work that way.

That is one of the biggest mistakes you can make while try to lose weight. The solution to the problem is not to stop eating but to eat more frequently and eat better quality foods.

One of the biggest mistakes most people do is skip breakfast. If you are skipping breakfast and trying to lose weight you have already loss the battle.

3 Reasons that Prevent Recruiting

We have all heard it before. The key to building a successful mlm business is recruiting. Unless you prefer to just do all the work yourself and not get to the point of receiving a residual income. That’s totally up to you.

Obviously you did see the big picture when you were recruited into your mlm business by your up-line. The promise of a potential residual income with the combining of your efforts and those on your team to create success beyond of what you were doing in your regular 9 to 5 job.

There are many techniques on recruiting. Sending them to a presentation, which I think is pretty cool. It is very time efficient and you could do a large amount at one time. Webinars’ can work a lot better. You can have hundreds of people at one time and the recruiting potential will increase dramatically.

So how do you get people on presentations, webinars‘? You have to prospect. You have to talk to people. You have to make them aware that you have the opportunity they are looking for.

Here are 3 reasons that can prevent you from recruiting your prospects. I believe that if these three areas become mastered recruiting will become a bit easier and the odds of someone joining you will increase.

1. Not having belief. Your belief in what you are doing has to be right on. You have to believe in your product, in your company, and in the systems that you are using and how they are beneficial to your prospect in providing them with the opportunity of having their own business and joining you.

2. Not knowing what to say. You definitely need to know what to say to your prospect. You don’t what to chase them off; you want to attract them to you and your business. Having a good script can help you if you are new and don’t know what to say. Getting on a three way call with your up-line is also a great training experience to learn what to say.

3. Not developing your skills. If you are not taking the time to develop your skills to talk to your prospect then it will be very difficult to recruit them. Whether it is on the phone, face to face, chatting on line your communication skill has to be developed. Your communication skills are the key in network marketing.

If you take these 3 elements, develop them and put them into a nice polished package for yourself, you will be an unstoppable force.

Just to prove my point the next time you listen to a webinars’ or see a presentation or talk to mlm leader that is extremely successful observe to see if they have those 3 elements down to science. They have the belief, they know what to say, and they have the skills to deliver the information almost flawlessly.

Keeping a Healthy Weight

The holidays are over and you may have gained a couple of unwanted pounds. I know it’s sometimes hard to talk about but we have to face the brutal truth from time to time.

That’s okay, it keeps us honest. So I am also guessing you might have had a resolution of losing some weight this year. I know I have, and I also gained a few pounds over the holidays. With all the delicious foods available how can you not?

Except of course for the die hard dieter that watches everything they eat for every second of the day. They probably kept their weight under control.

So now that you are honest with yourself and are working on reaching you desire weight goal here are a few benefits in attaining that goal.

Getting Around Content Block

If you currently have a blog or thinking of getting one started one of the most difficult things is probably coming up with content that is valuable and appealing.

You could have valuable content but if doesn’t appeal to anyone then you may not be getting the target audience your hoping for.

So how do you do this? How can you get content or continue to come up with fresh content day in and day out?

I don’t have the ultimate answer for you but I do have some strategies that may help you come up with content on a steady basis for your blog. Of course the more you do this the better you get at it and the easier it becomes.

As you may already know one of the most crucial things in writing content is identifying your target. Who are you trying to communicate with, who is going to read it, who can relate to it and so on.

What I want to cover is some quick steps that you can take in getting some content going immediately. As you develop your style and writing skills it should be easier to do. But sometimes you still get stuck. And for all you pros out there, you know what I’m talking about. At least I hope so.

Here are some steps to consider when you run into a writers block and are looking for content to write about.

1.Make a list of what you want to discuss in your blog. You may want to talk about mlm, recruiting, best type of prospects or the worst type of prospects and so on. The point is not to necessarily come up with the title right away, just write down what you got in mind. Then do an extremely rough draft about it. Just let the ideas flow. You could always edit and polish it up later.

2.Grab some free training on line. There is tons of free training that can help your creative juices flow into writing your blog. Look at some of the techniques that are used and try to put them into your content. Pro blogger is a pretty good resource for some great tips on blogging. Check them out if you get a chance.

3.Outsource your blog content. I would use this if you’re extremely busy or you just plain can‘t come up with anything. You are basically hiring someone to write on a topic that you want to share. You could also use this as a learning reference when you are doing your own writing. This is cool I think when you want to get something on your blog but you still want to work on your own skills. That’s my personal opinion.

4.Share some of your experiences. We all have experiences whether in mlm, sponsoring, cold calling, getting set up; working your regular job and lessons you may have learned from those experiences. If you have a journal that’s a gold mine for blog content as long as you can relate it to your target market.

5.Your company’s web site. There is huge amount of training and information you can discuss in you blog that can relate to mlm, lead generation, team building. Also the webinars’ that are held with a great deal of information that you can filter that to your prospects through your blog.

6.Study other content. Look at what other people are writing and the style they are using and the message they are delivering. But don’t plagiarize; you’ll get in trouble for that. When you study other blogs you can grab some ideas that the information has given you. Like questions they may have not answered through out their content. That question can be a topic for your future blog.

These are just a few ideas that can help you come up with content. As you can see we can go on with other areas and resources to find content. When you read this you might have gotten some ideas already.

One of the key ingredients is taking the steps to get it going and keep it going. Remember the more you do it the easier it becomes and the better you get.
